Hi, I have a room available in a shared house in the Heworth/Tang Hall area, available pretty much immediately.
You’ll be living with 5 girls, all 2nd year UoY students. The house has 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs, so you’ll be sharing with 2 other girls. The room has a small double bed and is on the first floor.
The house is around a half hour walk from west campus, 20 minutes walk into town, 15 minutes to Lidl, and is right around the corner to a bus stop for the number 6 bus.
The rent is £195 a week, paid monthly (of £847.32), will all bills and tv licence included. You will need a UK guarantor (private companies aren’t accepted sadly).
