Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a friendly, sociable four-bedroom house on Bishopthorpe Road, as I've recently graduated and secured a job in London! I've genuinely loved living here with my housemates and will be sad to leave them behind, so I'm hoping to find someone who'll enjoy the house as much as I have!

🛏️ The Room

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers, with plenty of natural light. The bathroom is shared with just one other person.

🏠 The House

- The house has a shared 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen
- Kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine
- Patio for when the weather's good
- Shed to store bikes and other bits
- Residents' parking available on the side street just outside the house
- Around a 25-minute walk or 7-minute cycle to the University of York's West Campus
- 20-minute walk to Clifford's Tower

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 The Housemates

You'll be living with three other male students aged 20-21, all studying music degrees. They're a friendly, sociable bunch who enjoy hanging out in the living room, spending time together, and heading to the pub from time to time. It's a relaxed, welcoming household rather than a party house, and there's absolutely no pressure to socialise if you'd prefer to do your own thing. It's a good balance between having people around to hang out with and having your own space.

💰 Rent and Tenancy

- £197 per week, all bills included
- £400 deposit
- Flexible move-in date, preferably around the 23rd November
- Existing tenancy takeover, ending 14th June 2027
- Council Tax Band D
