Walking times from the door : York St John University 9 minutes, York Hospital 10 minutes, Sainsbury's Foss Bank 11 minutes, York Minster 15 minutes. The University of York campus at Heslington is about 12 minutes by bike.

The room is furnished. You share a separate living room, a white gloss kitchen (oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine) and two bathrooms with the three other tenants. The house has gas central heating, WiFi, mains-linked smoke and heat alarms and a garden.

Rent is £550 a month. Bills are not included and are split between the household. Deposit £550. References required. No smoking in the house. Council tax band C; full-time students are exempt from council tax.
