Bright and clean single bedded room to rent in Copmanthorpe, a village 4. 5 miles south of York city centre. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom. Front and rear garden and parking space off road. Close to bus stops, late night shops, library, takeaways. Two bus services to York, 20 mins to station. One of the buses goes to the Uni. Both pass York College. Walking distance to Askham Bryan College. You will be sharing the house with me and another lodger. Although it is not a large house, we all are able to have our privacy. Garden front and rear. I have two friendly dogs who will bark when you come home(and two rabbits). All I expect is a friendly easygoing person, like us, who tidies up after themselves and is reasonable with my home. Thereafter, I am very easygoing, and I don't mind visitors. The house is quiet at night as we both have to get up to work in the morning. This room faces onto my back garden and has a direct view of the rabbits in their run.
