Short let, 1-3 Weeks, Large Double Close to Centre

Need temporary accomodation in York? We have a lovely, spacious double room in our Fishergate home available from 29/8 for a maximum of 3 weeks.
Very central - 10-15 min walk to York city centre/15 min walk to the University of York - and close to riverside walks.
The large room has a double bed, sofa, desk/chair, two chests of drawers, a clothes rail, coffee table, rug and mirror. The bedroom is on the ground floor. There is also a small, ground floor shower room (not en-suite but private, accessed off the kitchen).
Use of kitchen equipment/facilities, living/dining room, courtyard garden and locked alleyway for bike storage.
ALL bills are included in the rent.
There is a bus stop at the end of the street and on street permit parking. Any queries, message me!
