We have a single room to rent ONLY 7 minutes walk to York Uni. Main Campus.
Large desk, chair, plenty of wall shelving for books, bed, hanging space, 4 drawer chest, bedside cabinet and Wi-Fi. You will have shared access to kitchen and large "wet room" type shower room. Own cupboard in the kitchen. Fridge and freezer plenty of space

We are including ALL bills in the price
The street is quiet and perfect for study, only 2 minute walk to major bus routes. All amenities close by including supermarkets, doctors, pubs, park, takeaways and shops, 20 minute walk into York city center.
We have a dog but he stays in living room so you will not have to meet him unless you want a cuddle xx

Please note there is no off road parking in this area as there are major restrictions due to Uni. traffic.
