Large desk, chair, plenty of wall shelving for books, bed, hanging space, 4 drawer chest, bedside cabinet and Wi-Fi. You will have shared access to kitchen and large "wet room" type shower room. Own cupboard in the kitchen and fridge/ freezer.

The street is quiet and perfect for study, only 2 minute walk to major bus routes. All amenities close by including supermarkets, doctors, pubs, park, takeaways and shops, 20 minute walk into York city center.
We have a dog but he stays in living room so you will not have to meet him unless you want a cuddle xx He rarely makes a noise.
