We have 4 well furnished double bedrooms available. The rooms are in a Student licensed HMO property accredited with York City Council. The house is a 10 minute walk to the main University of York campus and gives easy access to a supermarket and other local shops. It has a shared living space, bathroom, large kitchen, garage, parking and garden. The house has an EPC( Energy Efficiency) C rating and is Council tax band C. Full time students need to apply to the city council for council tax exemption.

All utility bills( water, internet, gas and electricity) are included in the rent but subject to fair useage. Along with this there is a complimentary monthly clean of the communal areas. When viewing the property please talk to the present students about our management of the property. We care and as such we will do our best to provide good maintenance and repairs, in order that you can live in a home that has the very highest level of fire, electrical and health-related safety.

We are looking for a group of four students for this property and will be offering viewings to suitable groups and individuals. If you want to form a group of like minded individuals please look at the 'buddy-up' provision in Spareroom. All students will require a Guarantor and the payment of a deposit which will be placed with DPS ( Deposit Protection Scheme).
