We have 3 well furnished double bedrooms and a further 4th available from the 1st August 2024 to the end of July 2025. The rooms are in a detached 4 bedroom house. very close to the University of York. It has a shared living space, bathroom, large kitchen, garage, parking and gardens. In recent years the house has been re roofed, a new gas boiler and kitchen installed together with new PVC doors and windows. The house has an EPC( Energy Efficiency) C rating and Council tax band C .
Utility bills are shared between the 4 students, to cover heating, internet, water and electricity. Presently the monthly bills are approximately £70 to 80 per student per month. Please chat to the present students to confirm this.
We are looking for either final year students or postgraduates. If you are a tidy, responsible, respectful and clean student who is considerate to fellow house mates, then please contact us to view the available rooms. The present students are happy to show you round and chat to you about the property.
NB: Please note when viewing the existing living room needs to be converted to a double bedroom in August for the house to meet York City Council's new HMO criteria. The single room will become a shared living space with sofa and TV for everyone's use.
