Hi, I have a double furnished room to let in my property, which will be available from 5.20.36.
There is currently one male lodger living in the property.
The house is a 4 bedroom house in the Acomb area of York. There is off street parking if needed & a garden.
We are on an excellent bus service every 10 minutes into the town centre. There is a fitness centre/ swimming pool 5 minutes walk away.
I am asking £180 per week & a bond of £720 all bills are included in this.
It is a non smoking household.
The house is currently in the market to sell and people may want to view the property whilst you are living there.
The room is available to let for 6 months and on a monthly basis thereafter.
