I have a llarge spare double room to rent which are becoming available 16th of May 2024 in a very nice, fully furnished, freshly refurbished, professional semi-detached house share in Fulford, York - currently rented out to three young, easy going, approachable professionals (one female, three male at present).

All bills are included (council tax, electric, gas and water, high speed broadband, Sky TV, TV license etc). There is also a fortnightly cleaner, off street parking, a large garage for bike storage, patio area for BBQs, brand new communal plasma TV, new carpets and flooring/furniture and soft furnishings throughout and each room comes supplied with new bed, bedroom furniture and a large mirror.

The location is great for anyone who works in York, the Designer Outlet, Selby, Leeds or surrounding areas as is a 2 minute drive to the A64/A19, and is a short walk into Fulford Village, and to the main park and ride and other bus routes into town and the Designer Outlet, with buses running every 10 minutes. The other professionals in the house are looking for a tidy, sociable person to join their home, and I am looking for someone who will pay the rent on time and treat the house like their home :)
