Large Double Room & Double room

We have two beautiful ensuite double rooms available in our welcoming four-bedroom detached family home. Each room is for single occupancy. Monthly lets, ideal for a professional or a student. One is a large double with its own modern ensuite. The other, a comfortable double room with a fitted wardrobe... and its own modern ensuite. The house is home to me, and my two well-behaved children, ages seven and... nine. And my husband stays over one or two nights a week. We keep a calm, respectful home... and we'd love someone who values peace, and is considerate and tidy. You'll also have access to our large shared spaces. A big kitchen, living room, playroom, home office... and a large garden. It's a quiet residential area with plenty of free on-street parking; driveway not included. We're looking for someone who can provide a reference from an employer, university, or college. No pets. Minimum stay is three months with a five hundred pound deposit. If you want a comfortable room, a relaxed family setting, we would be happy to hear from you.
