This is a wonderful rural cottage in the woods, between Corby and Stamford.

Hiking and cycling trails start right at the garden gate to Fineshade and Wakerley woods. It is a great location for birdsong and most types of wildlife.

It has a superb off the beaten track feel and yet has high speed fibre internet, and is fully equipped with large modern kitchen, woodburner, two double bedrooms (or the single bedroom if your prefer!) family bathroom and also downstairs shower room, plus all the usual appliances.

The house is powered by a substantial solar array.

There is a large garden, a deck and wonderful outdoor porch for catching the sun.

Parking is plentiful, and there is an electric car charging point. Top Lodge visitors centre, cycle hire and coffee shop are a short distance away.
