Property has a fair sized private garden, which is south facing. The garden is a nice place to unwind, especially during the summer months as it receives maximum sunshine.

Occupancy: Prospect lodger will live with (homeowner only) with no other lodgers at premises. Although I am a live in landlord, I am often travelling for work so you’ll have the house to yourself most of the time.
