New build home with double furnished room for rent, also happy for own items to be bought into the room if preferred.
Your will have access to a bathroom, with shower, toilet and bath. However bath is used a few times a week for my son to wash.

Home is in Desborough, 8 minutes drive to Market Harborough train station or 12 minutes drive to Kettering station. Happy to support with lifts to Market Harborough station Wed-Fri.

Drive way with EV charger, and room for three cars.

Willing to consider Mon-Fri lets at reduced rate of £400.

We are a mum and son (3), we share a room. We spend most of our days out at activities and park. If you work nights, we are usually out of the house from morning to mid afternoon. For clarity, I am not expecting anyone to take on any caring responsibility for my son, nor to clean up after him. I work Thurs and Fri from home mainly and there is enough room for others to work from home as well, as the fourth bedroom is office/ wardrobe.

There is a living room and family room both with TVs which are shared spaces. Happy for someone to be as involved or not involved in socialising with us no pressure.

Single people or couples welcome. Would also consider single parent trying to get on their feet. A dog would be considered, but no other animals.

We are a liberal household, welcoming people from all walks of life, no judgement, just an expectation of mutual respect for each other things and space.
