Double bedroom available to rent in a newly decorated Victorian terraced three bedroom house in Desborough.

The room has recently been decorated, is bright and airy. It will have a new carpet laid before the tenant moves in. There is a double ottoman-style bed, double wardrobe, dressing table with stool, IKEA Kallax 6 cube storage unit and bedside drawers, however, you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you’d prefer.

You will have shared use of a shower room, a lounge with wood burning stove, dining room/second living room, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and downstairs toilet.

Additional benefits such as broadband and all bills (including council tax) are included in the rent. The room is available on short-term rental agreement of at least 3 months.

The communal areas of the property are cleaned by a cleaner once a week to keep the house nice.
