Double Ensuite, loads of space and storage

Thanks for reading. Hi, i'm Jon, 46yo pro working mon-fri during the day. This is a 4 bed semi but only renting out one room, your room! the other spare room could be used as storage if you like. Off-street parking is big enough for 6 cars. Big back garden if you like to chill out there, or theres an option of using a snug room if you prefer that instead. I have an office if you wanted to plug into at your leisure. All bills are included, WiFi is free. You can change your room about and remove/add furniture in your space as you see fit, im not precious. I have a large kitchen so dont worry about getting in each others way. All I ask is that you are respectful, tidy, clean as you go on and you pay on time......every time. Its a great location with local shops across the road but not directly. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you wanted to go the pub or walks. So, if youre a professional and a respectful mature adult, get in touch....quick. Once its gone, its gone.
