I am looking for a professional person for a flat mate to take up my spare room in Grange Park, ideally ASAP.
Smokers can do so on the balcony, I have my son over on the weekends and some evenings.
I am 1 minute walk from the local shops, hairdressers and takeaways. There is parking space outside for those who drive.
For those who use public transport, the closest bus stop is 2 minutes away and the flat is a 10-15minute bus journey away from town center. Currently the room has a sofa bed for space saving and an intergrated wardrobe however a fixed bed is available if desired.
