Mon to Fri let only Double room in barn conversion

MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY
Lovely sunny double room, with washbasin, oven/microwave, hob & fridge with stunning views from the double-height window, over the countryside. 2011 converted barn in a quiet rural location just outside the village. Shared shower room, (with other lodger) with large shower, WC, and washbasin. Contemporary 5 bed barn with underfloor heating and double glazing. Car parking. The village has a wonderful shop and post office. We are a few minutes drive from M1 and A14 and less than 30 mins from Northampton, Market Harborough, Kettering, and Corby. Cleaner weekly. Bed linen provided but not towel.
I am looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and who needs somewhere to rest their head, Monday to Friday. Would suit someone working away from home during the week. PLEASE NOTE you need to be paying council tax where you live to take this room so that I don't lose my single person council tax discount.
This would not be suitable for someone who is looking for somewhere 7 days a week. However, the odd weekend would not be a problem.
