En suite room in the village of Holcot

Main door to en-suite room.

This room is en-suite and it’s detached from our house. Originally a barn, it was converted few years ago. In the room there is a fridge freezer, tv, kettle, toaster, air fryer and microwave. We also offer excellent WiFi. It’s very quiet and peaceful. and there is plenty of parking. The bed is very comfortable and has four drawers underneath for storage. Bills are included except electric. Let us know if you need some more information. about this. The room is suitable for one person.
*The room is furnished but if you prefer to bring your items it might work.
* References and proof of employment or earning is required.
* If wanting to stay for less than 6 months, a small fee may apply.
*We might consider shorter stays, different rent will apply.
