Work relocations have resulted in us being able to offer you one of two newly refurbished double rooms in this fully inclusive, high quality house in a lovely residential area of Kettering. Our existing housemates are fabulous, and are looking forward to welcoming a new housemate.

THE HOUSE: is a great shared house, with a large, well-equipped kitchen and communal space. And there's LOADS of off-street parking, and easy access to all parts of Kettering, the A14 and the train station.

OCCUPANCY: All our rooms are for one person only.

ALL INCLUSIVE: That's all your bills (gas, electricity and water), Council Tax, high speed fibre broadband and wifi throughout the house plus an additional internet socket and digital TV aerial socket in your room all included within your rent. Oh, and the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is included at no extra cost. If you like the sound of all that, contact us now before the room is gone.

YOUR BEDROOM: is fully furnished to a high standard. It has a divan bed with underbed storage, triple wardrobe, desk, chair and shelving, plus hard-wired ethernet socket, USB charging points and TV aerial socket.

WEEKLY CLEANER:
We also provide a weekly cleaner that cleans communal areas and the shared bathroom, a window cleaner and gardener.

KITCHEN:
Fantastic well equipped large kitchen with seating area, 2 ovens and electric hobs, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave and dishwasher. Leading to a fully furnished communal living area with a large flat screen TV with freeview.

OUTSIDE SPACE: As well as the very large drive which can accommodate one vehicle per housemate, there's a garden area at the back of the house with a washing line.

BATHROOMS: This room shares a bathroom with just one other housemate, and is cleaned weekly by our cleaner at no additional cost.

LOCATION
Located in a residential area a short distance from the town centre, offering supermarkets, banks, post office, take-away outlets, cash points, shops etc. There are local shops and services within walking distance.

We are professional dedicated landlords and property managers and are responsive and helpful should a problem arise.

The property is council tax band C which is included in your all inclusive bills.
