I'm easy going and quite often out of the house(work sometimes beyond Kettering (the North) and often exercise in my spare time). Looking for a respectful, friendly lodger. On street parking. The house is close to the train station (although not too close to hear trains!) . General hospital is not too far away either. Plenty of shops 5-10mins walk: Parks and town all within 5-10 mins walk.
