Double Room Near Town Centre

Lockable room comprises of a double bed, arm chair, table, chairs, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample drawer/wardrobe space, TV point and internet. Should a couple wish to rent the room, then the listed price will be adjusted, but this is a spacious room for a single person. Next to the room there is also a stylish shared sitting and dining area. The kitchen, utility room and moroccan style bathroom are also shared. Outside there is an under cover sitting area and large barbeque. The room requires two weeks rent as a deposit, first week upfront and the rent to be paid weekly via standing order. The current lodger and myself are quiet and looking for somebody 25 or above in age. There is also no smoking on the premises at all, so would be best suited to a non smoker. The house is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the town centre and close to supermarkets.
