Furnished double room in a modern detached house in a very quiet setting, ideal for a professional looking for a calm, comfortable place to live.

The room has sole use of a private bathroom (over-bath shower), a TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and off-road parking.

Shared use of a modern kitchen-dining-living space, a comfortable lounge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there’s a landscaped garden with two patio areas, and a country park just a short walk away.

The house is shared with only one other person (live-in owner), so it’s quiet and relaxed rather than busy or crowded.

I work part-time, keep the house clean and peaceful, and have two very calm, well-behaved dogs.

Pets considered at the owner’s discretion, taking into account the existing dogs and shared home environment.

There is secure garage space for bicycle storage, and an optional additional single room next to the bedroom that can be used exclusively as a home-working space or for storage (by agreement).
