Bedroom 1 – Bay Fronted Double Room

This spacious, bay-fronted double bedroom includes a double bed with a new mattress and mattress protector. The room comes with a widescreen television (tenant to provide their own Fire Stick) and super-fast fibre Wi-Fi from Sky. All bills are included in the rent.

The room also benefits from a large chest of drawers, a clothes rail for hanging garments, a linen basket, and a clothes horse for drying laundry (alternatively, clothing may be dried using the radiators).

Tenants have access to a modern main bathroom with storage for cosmetics, as well as a downstairs W. C. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and ample cupboard space for food storage. There is also access to the dining area and a private rear garden with barbeque facilities.

Parking includes a double driveway space as well as safe and secure off-road parking.

The property has a new central heating system set on a timer.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge, freezer and cupboard space for food supplies. The rear garden and barbeque area are also available for use.

All bills are included, along with super-fast fibre Wi-Fi from Sky. A television can be accommodated if wall-mounted, subject to landlord approval (tenant to provide Fire Stick if required).
