Room 1: spacious top-floor double with its own bathroom on the same floor – £600 pcm.
Room 2: ground-floor double with its own private shower room across the hall, plus use of a handy kitchenette area (microwave, kettle, fridge) – £500 pcm.

All bills included – gas, electricity, water, council tax and fast WiFi – so it's one simple monthly payment with no surprises.

You'll be sharing with me, the live-in owner: a tidy, easy-going professional who works during the day and keeps the house calm and respectful. The shared kitchen/diner has room to cook and eat; the living room is kept private.
