We're offering a large room, furnished with king-size bed and a built-in wardrobe. The room has a private ensuite bathroom, including walk-in power shower. You would be the only occupant on the floor, so it is extremely quiet.

The bedroom and bathroom are also cleaned once a week by our cleaner.

The house is large, spacious and warm, with constant hot water. It is centrally located in the stunning village of Geddington. We are 100 metres from the village pub, The Star.

The house is detached, situated on a road with minimal traffic, and is not overlooked at the rear, so it is extremely peaceful. There is ample parking available on the road outside.

Both Kettering and Corby are less than 10 minutes' drive away.

The room is available for one adult only, and the Mon-Fri status is non-negotiable, so if you are looking for a week-round let, this room won't be suitable for you. All our previous lodgers have been contractors, working in the local area.

About us
We are a husband and wife, and tend to be early to bed and early to rise. We have two large dogs and two cats.
