We have two rooms available both on the first floor, one double bedroom in the middle of the house and the second is an ensuite to the front, they come with bedside tables with lamps and wardrobes and various other furniture. These rooms have new beds and orthopaedic mattresses for a good night sleep and a new mattress cover. There is a shower room which with wc that is shared between four housemates. There is a cleaner that comes twice a month to clean the communal areas, that said it is very much up to the housemates to do their own washing up, clean up after themselves and leave the kitchen and bathroom as they would like to find it. Council tax, broadband and other utilites are part of the rent, there are no hidden extras.

The property benefits from a kitchen, utility and separate sitting room. There is road side parking for car owners and a garden to stretch out and enjoy a barbecue in or make a quiet cigarette.
