We have two rooms available one is a first floor bedroom and the second is on the ground floor room, they come with bedside tables with lamps and wardrobes and various other furniture. All beds have orthopaedic mattresses for a good night sleep and a new mattress cover. The ground floor room has its own sink and there is a shared shower room which gets steam cleaned every two weeks to maintain that clean freshness, also council tax and broadband are part of the rent, there are no hidden extras.

The property benefits from a kitchen, utility and separate sitting room. There is road side parking for car owners and a garden to stretch out and enjoy a barbecue in or make a quiet cigarette.

Every housemate has a responsible for cleaning up after themselves and respecting each other and along side this the property is proffessionally cleaned on a forthnightly basis, where the bathrooms are steam cleaned to feel like new and the carpets are deep cleaned every three months to keep the communal areas clean as new.
