The ensuite is a family sized bathroom containing a bath, over shower bath, toilet and sink. The property is close to a bus stop and close to the Kingsthorpe shopping area. The house has a large garden (paved area and grass area) and space for 3 small cars to be parked on the drive. There is ample of on road parking too in a designated parking area. The property has a shared kitchen with oven and hob and a shared living space to relax in. A weekly cleaner for communal areas, a gardener and wifi included in your rent. Viewings available.
