Small, cosy room in small, cosy home

Room available in 2-bed home with garden, driveway, small shed and shared living room. House has upstairs and downstairs bathrooms (shower & bath upstairs). In a quiet and safe neighbourhood, neighbours are friendly. Bedroom listed as single but bed is slightly bigger than single. Bedroom and home is fully furnished - the furniture is mine (not landlords) so looking for someone who is very tidy and respectful. As the house is small am also looking for someone who is respectful around noise at unsociable hours (I work 9-5) - sadly I can hear a lot from the living room at night.

I also have a cat who is very friendly, clean and lazy. He has an outdoor cat litter box which is brought inside overnight/ when everyone is out the home.

Bills are variable but currently would be £142 a month (so total with rent per month would be £617).

House is a 10-15 minute walk from a small shopping centre (including Lidl & Tescos) with good bus routes. 10-15 minute drive into town (and the Tesco garage near the house is cheapest petrol in Northampton atm!).

I’m a friendly, warm person and work in mental health - so can be a bit drained after work and appreciate having a home that’s relaxing, would like to find someone who’s also wanting a relaxed, peaceful home!
