outside there is a patio/garden area with furniture for you to enjoy the sun.

I own and manage the property and am around for a coffee once in while and happy to sort out problems.
The house is conveniently situated close to the town centre, Kingsthorpe and enjoys being close to 2 large parks. It's close to Mercedes, the hosptial and the university and good for profs working Mon to Friday.
