Double Room Available from 20 March – All Bills Included
A furnished double room is available in our home from 20 March (currently occupied).

You will be living with me (Steve), my husband (Dennis), and one male lodger, Luke. We are a friendly and diverse household, and we value a respectful, easy-going environment.

All bills are included, including council tax, along with fast broadband suitable for streaming and general use.

The room includes:

• Metal-framed double bed with memory foam mattress
• Under-counter fridge/freezer
• Microwave and kettle
• Ample storage space
• Starter set of bedding
• Plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, and a fold-out table

You are welcome to personalise the room, but it should be returned to its original condition when you leave.

Location & Transport:

• 50-minute walk to town / 25 minutes to the station
• Bus stop directly across the road, with more routes within a 10-minute walk

Local Amenities:

• Lidl – 15-minute walk
• Sainsbury’s Superstore – 30-minute walk
• The Hopping Hare – 8-minute walk
• Corner shop at the end of the road

Countryside is within easy walking distance, including the Spencer Estate, with Althorp House approximately 3 miles away.

House Details:

• Upstairs shower room with toilet and basin
• Additional downstairs toilet and basin
• Large decking area and garden spaces for relaxing

This is our home, so house rules are in place, based on mutual respect and consideration.

Parking is available at the front or rear of the property.

You may occasionally be invited to join us for meals, karaoke, or the occasional (rare) garden gathering—there is no obligation, but we aim to create a welcoming atmosphere.

If you have children, please feel free to discuss as we may be able to accommodate short visits.

We’re always happy to chat—getting to know each other helps make the home comfortable for everyone.
