I have a 3 bedroom home in NN2, just off the barrack road and very close to a lot of local amenities, Asda and Aldi at the end of the Road, a corner shop, only yards away, a 5 minute walk away from the race course park and a 15/20 minute direct walk into town centre and approximately 10 minutes walk to Northampton train station.

Parking is available on street and no permit is required.

Anyone applying MUST have a guarantor that can show proof of UK homeownership, this can be either a mortgage statement or land registry. This is a requirement for the application process, and is used in the event you lose your job or become ill or any situation that makes you unable to pay your rent, your guarantor will pay on your behalf.

I carry out credit checks and landlord/employment reference checks also.
