Short term room near Northampton hospital

I am renting out a small furnished double room (2.3m x 3.7m)

Due to plans to sell my house this year, I can only guarantee up to 3 months availability, with possible month to month extensions (depending on how long the sale process takes)

Room includes a double bed (with storage space underneath), large double mirrrored wardrobe with extensive hanging and shelving space and a small desk.

The monthly price reflects the short term nature of the booking, and that I can provide bedding, towels etc, and that I am not requiring a deposit to be paid.

Communal areas:
1) Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, electric oven/gas hob and a large fridge/freezer.

2) Spacious bathroom with shower and bath.

3) Dining room which you'll mostly have to yourself

You would be sharing with the house with me - the owner.

Rent Includes utility bills, council tax, monthly professional cleaner and broadband.

This is a terraced house close to Northampton town centre, train station and General Hospital. A one way residential street (parking is by permit only, which can be purchased for a small fee).

Generally, this is a chilled out, quiet household and I welcome all nationalities.

*Preference will be given to prospective lodgers who go out to work or study (as opposed to working from home)*
No night shift workers, I'm afraid!!
