Single Room In Cosy Home

Available for rent is a single room within my cosy home. The room has been professionally decorated since the previous lodger moved out, The room is a reasonable size for a single room and is well furnished with a desk, drawers and wardrobe. The new lodger will also have access to the shared areas of the house, which include the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and garden. I employ a cleaner to keep the shared areas of the house clean. There is also a large outbuilding for storage of large items, such as bicycles etc. The house is situated in a good position for all the colleges and town centre, which are within easy walking/cycling distance, or the nearest bus route is less than 100m away. The area also boasts a plentiful supply of convenience stores and takeaways.
