Slightly Bro's HQ - teammates req'd

Hi there,
My bro and I are looking for 1 housemate to move in to our spare large double room. Inc of bills, Internet and as much gaming, movies and Anime as you can ask for.
We get a gusto box so cook fairly regularly but love a takeaway to. You can get in on this for £50 a month giving you 4 cooks meals a week and they are banging!
We also have a small doggo called Ein/Einstein.
Non smokers ideally, we gots the asthma.
A sense of humour required.
As well as being right next to Abington Park we have a large 100 foot garden to boot (perfect for BBQ's) and we have 2/3 parking spaces out front.
Must be respectful of the house and other occupants but mainly just a chill person who is up for a laugh.
