Multiple viewings are offered each day. In the event that the room is popular, we will work on a first, appropriate candidate, to message us AFTER the viewing to be offered the room. If they fail to place a holding deposit promptly, we will move on to the next person.

LOCATION
The property is located on a development on the south west fringe of Northampton approximately 1.5 miles from the Town Centre, Swan Valley, Sixfields and Tesco Mereway. Both Junctions 15 and 16 of the
M1 can be easily accessed via the ring road but Junction 15a and the A43 to Oxford are particularly close.

The Railway station is under a mile away. Local convenience stores are available on St Leonards Road and bus stops are closely situated on Ringway.
