We have a lovely double room available on the first floor of our high-quality shared home.

This room comes with its own Private Off-Suite Bathroom. This means you have a dedicated shower room and toilet for your exclusive use only.

The House
This is a friendly, professional home with 5 bedrooms in total. We take care of the details so you can relax:
- Social Spaces: Large kitchen/diner with sofas and TV.
- Fully Equipped: Two ovens, two fridge-freezers, and a dishwasher (plenty of space for everyone).
- Practical: Downstairs toilet, bike storage, and a secure rear garden.
- All Inclusive: Rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

How to View
We take care to find the right mix of people for the house, so we have a simple process in place:

- Details: We will reply with a link to a short form to fill out some details about yourself.
- View: We review these applications (usually in the evenings) and will invite suitable candidates to book an in-person viewing.
