The house is situated on a tree lined main road leading to the town centre and University, which is approximately 1 mile away. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes walk which goes to town. St Andrews hospital and the General Hospital are both situated on this road.
M1 north junction is about 15 minutes drive away, M1 south junction is about 10 minutes away.
