Four rooms in an architecturally designed house

My home was designed by an architect about 36 years ago. It is situated on a quiet main road approximately a mile from the town centre, and two miles from the M1. There are 6 parking places on my drive.

I have a very friendly, relaxing, quiet household, and you are welcome to join us.

Room 3 is still available. It is a large, comfortable, and pleasantly decorated double bedroom with a window to the east, and another to the north. It has a wardrobe, a set of drawers, a desk, a chair and a pocket sprung double bed.
All the usual facilities are available which includes a large fridge and washing machine in the utility, and a large freezer in the garage. There is a dishwasher, double oven, 5 burner gas hob and two microwaves, in a well equipped kitchen/diner.
There is very fast mesh broadband which enables 125 different connections at the same time.

All bills are included in the rent.
The University and General Hospital are approximately 1 mile along the main road and St Andrews hospital is approximately half a mile along. The road is serviced by buses evey half an hour.
