A large, newly refurbished room is available in my peaceful two‑storey home. The room is downstairs and sits close to a newly refurbished shower room with toilet, which is mostly used only by the lodger. You’ll also have your own fridge in the shared kitchen, along with your own cupboard space, so everything feels organised and private. The house has a lovely garden to enjoy, and there is free community parking on a first‑come, first‑served basis. The area is very quiet, with a bus stop for the Number 3 route only two minutes away on foot, and the town centre is less than a ten‑minute drive.
Please note that we have two indoor cats, so the home is best suited to someone who is comfortable living with pets. The rent is £650 per month, paid one month in advance, or £150 per week if preferred. A £300 deposit is required, and I am ideally looking for someone who would like a long‑term stay. Viewings are highly recommended, as the room feels even nicer in person.
