Furnished Double Room - Bills included

Hello! I'm looking for another woman to share my home.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, shelving and a clothes rail. The house has a shared lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and courtyard. There's also street parking and loft storage. All bills are included.

The house is within walking distance of the town centre, train station and supermarkets, making it a really convenient location.

Working professionals and students are both very welcome.

My previous housemate stayed for three years and was very happy here. I'd love to find someone who's just as happy here too. It'd be nice to get on well, have the occasional chat over a cup of tea while also respecting each other's space.
