We are currently looking for a lodger to make use of our large, double en-suite loft conversion in Queens Park near Kingsthorpe, Northampton. **MUST BE VIEWED**

This is a family home, not a shared house and for this reason we need someone who is personable, friendly and clean.

We are a very social family so we will have friends visiting, making use of the downstairs of the house and you would always be welcome to join.

The house comprises of a large living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. As well as a lovely garden..

Our bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor.

And the room available for rent is on the top floor so well away from anyone else, with total privacy.

The en-suite shower room is beautifully decorated and the room will be furnished and bedding provided.

We provide a bed, bedside table, desk, chest of draws and mirror. Kettle and tea making facilities can also be provided if required.

It's really important that we find someone that's on our wave length and we can all get along well living together.
