Baring Road is a luxury Co-Living/Co-working property designed for the working professional in mind.

The studio space has been designed as a hybrid between a room and self contained flat. This provides the benefit of HMO living within a house of like minded people with access to shared social spaces, as well as the security of all bills included including broadband.

The studio provides your own privacy and luxury of your own hotel styled studio suite. This includes a living space with a full size sofa, dining table with upholstered chairs, stacks of storage and the luxury of a hospitality space with full size fridge, porcelain sink and microwave giving you the convenience to make your own hot beverages, meals & snacks within your own space.

Externally there is a cute low maintenance courtyard style garden with rear access should you wish to commute by bike.

Everything you need is included in the monthly bill including; rent, super fast broadband, all utilities, taxes and communal cleaning. So you can do the living, and leave the rest to us.

Rooms are single occupancy only. A reservation fee of £135.00 is required to secure. Reservation fees are used to hold the tenancy open for you. If you fail the reference checks, then the reservation fee will be refunded to you in full. If you proceed, the reservation fee will be credited against your first month’s rent. Repayment of the reservation fee will be withheld if; you withdraw from the tenancy agreement, fail the right to rent checks, provide false or misleading information, or fail to provide the required information within 15 days following our best endeavours to contact you.
