I have a large room to rent in a Victorian house in Semilong. The room is on the first floor and is one of the largest rooms in the house.

There is a shared modern kitchen and new bathroom, separate toilets, and shower room.

The house has all the facilities required and we have wireless broadband internet access and digital freeview TV.

Semilong was built in the 1890’s and has a distinctive Edwardian and Victorian heritage. Our House is one of the large houses at the top of Semilong, leading off the Barrack Road, and just round the corner from the community post office and the co-op supermarket. We are a two minute walk from the racecourse park and a ten minute walk into Northampton town centre

Gas, electricity and council tax (band B) are included in the rent. There is nothing extra to pay.
