I enjoy occasional conversations in shared areas and sometimes cook together for celebrations but mindful of people's privacy and mostly keep myself to myself. I travel abroad frequently so having a mature and reliable lodger is a priority.

About you:
I prefer a female lodger but welcome all respectful and responsible individuals. I’m also flexible with rent for the right person.
