The property comprises of 2 bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet in each), a downstairs toilet and a large kitchen dinning room. There is a generous garden at the rear of the property with washing facilities.

The bedrooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is a weekly cleaner allocated to the shared areas. She will clean individual rooms at a cost to the tenant.

All bills including wifi included.

Referencing is conducted, including a credit check, current landlord and employer references.

A deposit is paid in advance of £250. Rent payments are made in advance.
