Lovely Single Room – Bills Included – Fantastic Location

Comfortable furnished single room available in my lovely home. The room has lots of storage, including generous under-bed storage, and bills are included.

The location is fantastic — Tesco Extra and Dane’s Camp Leisure Centre are just a 1-minute walk away, with a gym, classes and sauna. Local parks and the forest are a few minutes away, the library is a 5-minute walk, and the bus stop is just 2 minutes away, with around a 10-minute journey into town.

The house has a large conservatory, lovely garden with fruit trees and grapevine, garage and off-road parking.

I work in healthcare and would ideally like to share with another professional woman, preferably someone working in healthcare. I’m looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, clean and considerate and enjoys a calm home environment.

I’m interested in wellbeing and meditation, so it would be lovely to find someone with a similar outlook.

I have an en-suite shower room, so the main bathroom is mainly available for the lodger’s use. My 22-year-old son is at university and is only home during holidays, and even then travels quite a lot.
