I have a large master bedroom with private ensuite available in my modern ground-floor flat in Cliftonville. This is a lodger arrangement — it’s my home too, so it’s quiet, clean, and very well looked after.

Two options:

Single occupancy — £1,200 per month, all bills included
You get the whole room to yourself plus ensuite. You’ll have full use of the living room and kitchen — it feels almost like having your own studio flat. I only come in for a few hours once a week to work from my own bedroom of this flat, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.

Two people sharing
master bedroom — £650 per person per month, all bills included
Same large room set up with two single beds and ensuite. Perfect for colleagues or friends.

What’s included:
All bills covered — water, WiFi, electricity, heating, however electricity have cap of 100£
Electric heating only — no gas
Fully furnished and ready to move in — fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV all provided
separate Storage room for your things
Parking can be arranged — £50 per month extra

Who I’m looking for:
NHS staff and university students are very welcome. I work at the hospital myself so I know how much excellent this location is.

• NHS staff — no extra checks needed, I trust our people

• Students — a reference from your university or previous place of stay will be needed, if no references alternative can be discussed.

• Standard ID checks apply for everyone

A few simple house rules:
No smoking
No pets
No overnight guests — day visitors are fine by arrangement
This is a quiet home, not a place for parties

Availability:
Ready between 1st and 10th October anytime — I’ll have everything fully furnished before you move in. Exact date can work for the right person.
