En-suite Bedroom

Hi, I have a double room available in a house located in a quiet residential area, just 5 minutes from the racecourse and Kingsley Front, and 10 minutes from Abington Park. The house features WiFi, a modern kitchen, and a large kitchen-dining room. There are also two bathrooms. It's a really nice area, and the room is available for sharing with only one other person. I am looking for someone who would appreciate sharing with just one person. I enjoy movies, cooking, and keeping fit. I have a busy schedule with work and other commitments and value a peaceful home environment. The house also has a mature garden (please note the pictures were taken before the trees were planted) and a garage, which I use for storage, although there is space for a motorbike or bicycle. While I'm happy to consider anyone, ideally, you would have prior experience renting and understand the importance of tidiness, etc. I've had lodgers before and am fair about shared spaces – you're welcome to use the common areas.
