A bright and spacious double room is available in a lovely new-build home, perfect for someone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live. The room comes furnished with a double bed and generous wardrobe space, finished with fresh white walls and a neutral carpet to create a calm, airy feel.

The house itself is a modern 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom property spread across three floors. Your room is located on the first floor, along with one other bedroom, while I occupy the top-floor master bedroom. The third bedroom will remain available as a guest room, which can be used for occasional visitors.

You’ll have your own main bathroom, which will primarily be for your use, though it may occasionally be shared if guests are staying in the spare room.

Downstairs, there’s a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy shared living space – ideal for relaxing in the evenings. All bills are included, along with broadband, Netflix, and other subscription services, so everything is set up for easy living. There’s also a parking space on the drive, plus additional visitor parking. You’ll have fully access to a generous garden space to the rear. I also have a cat who is mainly indoors and friendly but keeps to herself.
