Spacious rooms in 3-bed house

Accommodation is a 3-bed semi-detached house with on street parking. Shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room and lounge. Garden and patio to rear.

Potential occupants should be clean, tidy, non-smokers. He or she should be professional persons (shift workers considered). They should be quiet, and respectful of the property and neighbours, and of others privacy. Rooms are for single occupancy, not couples please.

I am looking for one or possibly two persons, depending on suitability of each other, and compatibility with myself. I have the third bedroom. I still work so am often out of the house.

The kitchen is a galley kitchen, so is narrow, but it is well equipped and as long as occupants communicate, use of the kitchen will be no problem. It was refurbished in November 2024. There will be cupboard space, and fridge and freezer space. There is also a slimline dishwasher. There is a separate dining room with table and chairs.

The bathroom has also been refurbished. There is only one loo in the house. There are two spacious rooms both with double beds, wardrobe and drawers. You will need to provide your own bedding and towels. Pillows/duvets can be discussed.

There will be WiFi available.

Deposit is required but will be returned in full if the room is left in good clean condition as it is now. Otherwise a charge for cleaning will be deducted.

Happy to consider Monday- Friday lets.
