Term time let in family home

Nicely furnished single bedroom with a shared bathroom (with one other person only) next to the room. Family home. Access to cooking facilities. Ideally available to a student or professional looking for accommodation term time Monday to Friday.
Exactly one mile to Silverstone circuit entrance.
The house is a pretty Victorian building with a relaxed family atmosphere. No smoking or vaping in the house. We have guinea pigs that Iive outside but come indoors on cold winter nights. No loud music/TV after 10pm so we can all get a good nights sleep.
I'm open to paying monthly in advance for what is needed i. e. a fully flexible arrangement that doesn't need to be 4 days per week. £45 per night. I can also arrange a bed and breakfast option.
