Room to rent in Silverstone

We have 2 singles and a TWIN room (although The ad is for a double room it wasn’t possible to advertise a twin as there is no drop down box for this specification so apologies if this is misleading)

The price for the twin is a guide only and does vary depending on single or double occupancy requirements as we charge each student a nightly fee (POA), per term only, so this will differ form the original ad and will depend on the number of nights you need (but again there is no option for this.

We are a 20 minute walk to Silverstone Circuit, the Motor Sport College and a short bus ride to The UTC college.
also close to A43 to Northampton , Oxford and M1 north or south.

You Would need to be considerate and relatively quiet.
Washing machine and dryer are not included in the rent but can have use of the kitchen to use the microwave (not cooker) if required.

Food, Washing machine, cooker and dryer are not included in the rent.

A security deposit is required to hold the room and is not refundable on cancellation but will be deducted from a months notice period, providing no damages have taken place.
